We do not charge fees for this service, our fees are a standard commission in the same manner and for the same price as any standard REIQ real estate agent. The difference is a degree qualified professional will be undertaking your sales and marketing activities, and you will be communicated and liaised with in the manner you would expect from the person assisting you with one of your major asset disposals.

Each property we are asked to submit a proposal on for sale is carefully analysed by our in house research for market state, sales timeframe and price expectation.

Most importantly, we wont waste your time. If we dont think we can help you efficiently or ensure you an optimum outcome, we will not ask for your business. If we believe we can perform for you, you will get our service, our databases, our marketing, our expertise and our negotiating skills for the exact same fee as a standard agent with none of what we offer.

Our Buyers

Our buyers receive a whole lot more when enquiring about a Viking Property compared to dealing with most other agencies. We benefit from forged relations over many years with affiliate sellers, referrers and agents, and if applicable the property can be provided to these to further gain exposure and provide more in the marketplace with the opportunity for thier clients to purchase your product. These groups have a professional ongoing purchase relationship with Viking Property.

Viking Property enacts limited newspaper advertising, and unless circumstances permit or it is offerred as part of an ongoing project marketing campaign, it will not be reccomended as the changing nature of property advertising is rendering this method increasingly ineffective and poorer value for money when compared to alternates, particularly the internet and mobile communications.
